4 articlesPlease note that the following policies are specific to orders from Singapore:
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within 21 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that these exchanges are only available through in-person visits to our studio and are applicable for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or design.
- Change of size.
Returns for store credit are also accepted, and exchanges are limited to size and/or color variations of the same design. When requesting an exchange, kindly specify the new size or color you desire. If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be provided. If you wish to exchange for an entirely different item, we will first issue store credit, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that returned/exchanged products must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition and in their original packaging. Altered abayas are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds for any transactions if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
For customers in all other countries: In the event of a defective item or an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us, and we will process your exchange separately.
For Singapore orders:

W.E.F 27 Aug 2022, all exchanges due to change of mind and size are strictly done at the studio only.
For all Self Collect orders, please kindly ensure you check the items before leaving the studio when self-collecting. Should there be any exchanges due to defect found, customers will be responsible to bear the cost of exchange/return to By Marlena.
Please note that we are unable to make reservations prior to the visit and your exchange will be subjected to availability.

For Other countries :
We regret to inform you that exchange due to change of size/mind is currently unavailable.If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us here.
Upon receiving the return item, our team will check that they are in original condition and packaging. We will then initiate the refund within 3 working days. All returns will be refunded via store credits only. Store credits can be used within a year of issue.
Unfortunately, discount codes or reward points will not be refundable as you have used them on your previous purchase.
