Processing Time

• Ready Stock Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  
• Preorder Items: Please refer to the estimated arrival date stated on the product page. If your order contains both ready stock and preorder items, your parcel will be shipped only once all items are available unless separate shipping has been arranged.
  

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

Any ongoing free shipping promotions will be reflected during checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are entered correctly before completing your order.

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed parcels
• Refusal to accept the parcel

Customers will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your parcel experiences an unexpected delay, our team will gladly assist in communicating with the courier and investigating the shipment. While we will do our best to help, By Marlena cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel is in transit.
